No Return Policy

At RaasRani Jewels, we take great pride in crafting exquisite jewelry with the utmost attention to quality and detail. Due to the nature of product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once purchased.

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@raasranijewels.com with your order details, opening video of the parcel and photos of the item. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution accordingly. Please NOTE : Opening Video of the parcel is mandatory.

Exceptions

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any jewelry pieces.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not accept returns on customized or personalized jewelry, as these are made-to-order pieces.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.
